VALERON

What we look for

We look for hotels, office buildings and projects combining several commercial uses in Prague. Historic as well as modern and more recent properties interest us, regardless of their current technical condition. What decides is the potential of the property and whether its further use makes sense.

Illustrative photograph: a high view over the red roofs, spires and façades of a historic city centre in hazy evening light, with a two-towered Gothic church on the left. Not a Valeron project.

01

How the criteria are applied

Assessment starts with layout and daylight, because the new use first has to work inside the building itself.

Project economics are assessed together with the scope of change: acquisition terms, conversion costs and future use have to make sense as one project.

02

A fast assessment. A confidential conversation.

With an in-house team of 20 people we can assess an opportunity quickly and connect its commercial, technical and economic aspects. From the first contact we act confidentially and with a clear next step.

03

Open to different forms of cooperation

We are ready to discuss an outright purchase, a joint project with the owner and other forms of cooperation. The right structure follows the character of the property and the needs of the partner.
