- The details in the form: name, company, email, telephone, where asked the property address, and the message.
- Business cooperation
- We use the data to handle the enquiry, to discuss cooperation and to carry it out. The legal basis is steps prior to and performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and conducting business discussions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Marketing
- We send commercial and marketing communications only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; section 7 of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll.). Consent is voluntary, does not affect the handling of the enquiry and can be withdrawn at any time, including through the link in every message.
- Who sees the data
- The controllers and the companies of the Valeron group, meaning companies that Valeron Capital a.s. or Valeron Development a.s. control, that control them or that are under common control with them, for the same purposes; and processors who run the website and communications for us under contract. We do not sell personal data.
- How long
- For as long as the enquiry and the business cooperation last and then for no more than 3 years. For marketing until consent is withdrawn, and no more than 3 years after it was given.
- Your rights
- You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests in writing to the controllers’ registered address. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
